When I downloaded the NRnR it says it is a corrupted file and to download a fresh copy which I did try and same thing occurs.

Just a side note that if there are Norton products listed at Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features, be sure to note the version number of Norton Internet Security (NIS) that is currently installed. When I look up norton in add remove programs there are norton files from several years back.
